Welcome to Four State Meat Processing website. We are thankful you are interested in our business simply by visiting our site. With 10 years’ experience our company has grown from a single room custom order only butcher shop to a certified federally inspected meat processing facility.
The quality of processing we offer is due mainly to the dedicated staff of professional meat processors we employ and in a smaller sense the equipment that we use. Our Manager, Dallas Greenwood, held office as the President of the Oklahoma-Texas Meat Processors Association from 2007-2008 and has won countless awards from smoked turkey to slab bacon and everything in between.
Although most of our business is custom processing we are always taking orders for whole, half, or even quarter carcass beef or hogs. Also our retail business consists of everything from rib eye steaks, smoked sausages, cheeses, and even salmon filet.
