Customers can now use our cutting instructions forms available for use to help us understand how you want your animal processed. The forms are self explanatory and easy to use. There are required fields and this information is saved for office use and is protected. In order to properly access our cutting instructions ALL users are required to register and login before the form can be completed and submitted to us. This helps protect the information you are providing us as your meat processing vendor.

Four State Meat processing uses special care and handling when processing animals for the regular consumer and to those large farms and ranches that require our services. We also offer other products to the private and public sectors as well. Here is a basic outline of what we will process and other products we offer.

Bison Processing: We use a set of standardized methods created to providing the best results for processing a bison. We have a standardized and custom cut-list that we use for our clients that provide this species for processing. Depending on what the client would like as a cut-list we can customize most of our processes to meet the requirements. Beef Processing: We use a set of standardized methods created to providing the best results for processing a bovine, no matter the animal's gender. We have a standardized and custom cut-list that we use for this species when processing. We have established a processing form that will enable us to follow your instructions on how you want this animal species processed. Swine: The swine or commonly known as the domesticated pig is another species we commonly process at our facility. We use a set of standardized methods created to providing the best results for processing a pig. We have a standardized and custom cut-list that we use for our clients that provide this species for processing. Depending on what the client would like as a cut-list we can customize most of our processes to meet the requirements. Wild Game: Wild game would constitute animal species in the categories of Deer, Elk, Turkey, etc. These species are usually processed during a scheduled hunting season and require advanced notice to schedule a processing date. We require proof the species was caught legally.

Cheese Products: We offer a variety of flavored processed cheeses made from our own cows. We have perfected some of the highly requested flavored and smoked cheeses. All of our ingredients are natural and organic offering a healthy choice for a dairy product. We offer smoked and regular cheeses in our store front. Sausages & Brats: Aside from our processing for our clients we also process commonly requested sausages and brats available in our store front. Besides regular flavored sausages and brats, we offer a variety of flavor combinations that are on high demand. Our Apple brats and JalapeƱo with cheese brats are just 2 of the most commonly requested flavored styles. When we have them available in our store front they usually go quickly.
